Bridlington Post Office

I’ve had excellent service from your assistant called Wendy. I had a parcel which I posted at Bridlington post office but it wasn’t showing as arrived with Amazon, she advised me to give them a call and I got an immediate refund. I feel she listened to my problem, showed empathy and gave me advice.

I paid for the passport service at Bridlungton PO. Linda was lovely. She was friendly informative & thorough. The building is accessible as I use a wheelchair. The private room was also once a chair was removed. I always find the staff very friendly whenever I go in. Thank you

Linda was amazing today, she went above and beyond in helping me sort out my lasting power of attorney for my neighbour. I have previously been to four other post offices to ask about how to do this, and just got told. .. No we don't know how to do that! Linda took time to copy and verify all the official paperwork and told me of my next steps. I am so grateful to her, it's just a shame that all staff are not like her. Thank you Linda. 💐

Yet again a lovely friendly experience at Bridlington post office, today with Linda who was so helpful, kind and patient. Totally different to the awful experience yesterday at Beverley post office. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bridlington post office who never fail to be anything but friendly and helpful I’m so glad I live in Bridlington and I can always find a helpful person in my home town post office.

I brought an item in to post but I couldn’t find a shipping box that would fit it. Pam was very helpful in finding a box that would work as well as helping me get it packed and addressed nice and quickly. Excellent, friendly, helpful service!
