Paul has been trusted with our cars for years. Honest, friendly and very good value for money...I recommend him highly.
Efficient with booking for my MOT, fair pricing. Paul and Dan have been pleasant/accommodating when I've asked for assistance without prior bookings. Highly recommend.
Took 2 days longer than agreed causing me to loose 2 days earnings also radio was locked out as battery was disconnected costing me £120 for master reset code at Suzuki dealership also refused to give me my keys back due to over charging me because I would only pay the £1800 agreed cost instead of the £1924 they tried to charge me. Rebuttal You constantly lied to me about the time line you did not even order the part needed until the Tuesday despite telling me it would be finished the Monday prior so your fathers passing RIP had no barring on the time line you also had other staff there to do the work. I constantly told you I needed my car asap for work the cost was secondary. You charged me over 1k for a part anyone can get for £600 if anyone in doubt please check what a turbo costs for a Suzuki vitara it’s definitely not over £1000. You wasted the passcodes on my radio all 5 of them infact YOU put in my key code for my radio code instead of telling me to find it causing it to lock costing £120 for the master reset code. YOU was also very rude to my wife when she came down if I was rude to your staff it was man on man I wouldn’t dream of being rude to a woman. Check your cameras on the day you quoted me £1800 which YOU said was the final bill stop telling lies.
Used Paul Stubbs Motor Services almost exclusively since we move to the area over three years ago. Great service always. Particularly good at completing the work in the best cost-effective way possible, rather than the easiest (and possibly more expensive) route. Fair prices & they're always busy....always a good sign!! An A+++ recommendation from me!
