Myself, mum and sister came to a weekend event at the Bridlington Spa which is only a two minute walk away from this guesthouse. Wendy and Ray were the perfect host's, extremely friendly and obliging, nothing was too much trouble for this wonderful couple. We were greeted with a complimentary hot pot of tea which was lovely. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated, very spacious for three adults sharing and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds making for a great nights sleep. Full English breakfast was served and cooked to perfection and the staff were amazing and very friendly. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting great value for money with a first class service and I will be definitely returning there next time I'm over for a visit to Bridlington. SUPERB!!!
A nice clean and comfortable guest house and the owners are very friendly and make you feel more than welcome, the rooms are spacious and well decorated and the en suite bathrooms are modern and bright. The breakfasts are more than enough to set you up for the day and there is a very good choice available. The property is only a 5 minute walk away from the promenade and 10 minutes walk to Bridlington town centre. Highly recommended for a few nights away.
One of the loveliest B&B's that I have ever stayed in! We go every year to brid and this was our first time at the Ivanhoe and it was fabulous. So clean, quiet, covid safe, friendly and just such a lovely place to stay! 100% will be back again. Thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay!
Well kept, great location, warm friendly welcome with all my needs met and more. Good coffe, tea and toilet paper. Sheets of a good quality and so is the toilet paper. Everything was clean fresh with a good finish. Breakfast is delicious. Defo stay again.
Can’t fault the rooms or the service. Wendy&Ray we’re excellent and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Have stayed two times here’s to my hat trick. Would highly recommend this place to stay
