Important notice about some restaurants. I want to make everyone aware of a serious issue, especially for drivers in the Brighouse zone. What's the problem? Some restaurants, including Subway Brighouse, Greggs Brighouse, Papa Johns, KFC Hartshead Moor, and Bab Tooma Express, have a bad habit. Their orders aren't ready on time, but they press the "prepared" button on their Just Eat device to clear the order anyway. What happens because of this? · The Just Eat system thinks the order is ready for pickup, but in reality, it isn't. · We drivers arrive and are forced to wait for no reason. · Then, because of this unnecessary waiting, we get warning text messages from Just Eat saying we took too long at the restaurant. Whose fault is this really? This mistake is not ours as drivers, and it's not the Just Eat system's fault. It is purely the actions of these restaurants who are cheating the system. We have even asked them why they do it. If this continues, serious drivers who work full-time for this company could lose their accounts because of these restaurant tricks. We are getting penalized for their actions. Please be careful at these places. Let's look out for each other and share this info. Maybe if enough of us speak up, something can be done. This is a really clean shop and the food prep is very fast. Our order came within just a few minutes. The staff are nice and will split the bill into cash and card if necessary, unlike some other places. Very organised and everything is set out nicely. A huge menu with loads of choice. The shop definitely appeals to a wide range of customers as there was an elderly couple enjoying some lunch and a teenager in the queue.

Store workers are welcoming every week we come. Isaac is particularly helpful and supportive with the child I bring in with additional needs. He takes time to talk to the child, answer all his questions and remembers his order which the child gets very excited about! From the words of the child “Isaac is kind and he should manager”.

Great service from both Georgia and Devon, both very friendly, served me quickly and didn't have to wait long for my food. Was made quickly and tasted great 😃

I was having such a tough day yesterday — my daughter had a fall, my son was testing my patience, the oven broke and we were all hangry! I ended up calling in late evening, and Amelia and Georgia were absolutely wonderful. They could tell I wasn’t having the best day and went out of their way to chat to me and make me feel welcome. I left with a smile on my face, which I didn’t think would be possible after the day I’d had. Thank you both for turning my evening around!
