Started seeing Laura after suffering with neck pain and stiffness. Problem diagnosed in 1st session and then onto the treatment. Felt a lot better after the 1st session and continued to improve for the next four sessions. Definitely a lot better and if it comes back I know who to get in touch with. Thank you Laura.

I went to see Laura for help with my chronic neck and upper back pain and stiffness. I have found my treatments and advice from Laura to be very helpful. She is a lovely person and very knowledgeable. Each session is a proper hands on physio treatment mixed in with massage and I always feel so much better after my treatments. Thanks Laura.

Excellent and professional consultation with a personal touch. Clear information and guidance given with an excellent App which includes videos of exercises to be performed and information on rep range and duration too. Felt reassured and informed after hits 1 hr. Would thoroughly recommend.

Laura is simply fantastic - took a detailed history and assessment of my sports injury, and then administered hands-on and remote-support through the physio app. This has had a significant positive impact on my sporting season. Thank you Laura!
