Excellent service. Helpful office staff when phoned with an initial query before fitting. Explained everything clearly. Very nice, polite fitter. Would definitely recommend.
I had my wireless alarm system installed back end of OCT 2018. I did not need to have my batteries changed until some time late 2022. I felt I had a good run/luck with batteries with expectation of batteries lasting me ~2 years. Indeed only 2 or so sensors coming up to 4 years needed changing out of many. Instead I went for a full service and changed all the batteries regardless. Less than 2 months into my service my front foot senor battery was low again. The company came promptly and changed at no cost. I more recently noticed my back door senor (same wireless sensor as installed at front ) was showing as low. This has been the case for many months and I just had not gotten around to sorting this out. I did not appreciate my 1 year service had elapsed back end of OCT 2023. So notifying the company outside the warranty period (15NOV2023) is totally my fault of course. I was given a number of reasons why the battery may have not of lasted; one being about power cuts...when my system is wireless... So I got some generic albeit credible responses to how a battery may fail. Regardless I have had a great experience to date with the company other than the conversation around my battery and any sort of appreciate around this matter. I am sure I will be able to change the battery myself and at worst struggle with clearing the history log warning system. I am therefore just sharing my experience of a situation where I would have hoped for better; but again my fault for not reporting it sooner. I shall look towards another company now to ensure I have a system where aftercare is as high quality. 15NOV2023 (19:23): Thank you for replaying. But I was accurate with my time and dates. I said my system was installed 2018. This is more than a year ago. This is not the issue. I then paid for a full service in OCT2022. My service date has expired I know (expired late OCT2023). But my issue was with a second occurrence of having poor battery from your service from OCT2022; is not great. My log history will have noted when this second battery started registering as 'low' and needing a change. This happened well within 12 months. I would have felt it a minor thing you would have come and changed at your own connivence and not require me to pay for another yearly service/battery change. Instead I have left a review of my experience today. Which you have not disputed. But your response was inaccurate. So I just wanted to re-state the facts. Again - great product and service installing my product. Great service at coming out when I then purchased your full service and me having paid for all batteries to be changed. Great you came and replaced a dud battery that was less than 2 months new (on the front door connector). But sadly my back door battery, in my opinion was probably of the same batch of batteries and makes sense you/I was unlucky with this battery. I reiterate - I am out of my 1 year service warranty and appreciate you do not want to come to rectify this issue. I am sure you will agree this is all factual and fair from my perspective whilst giving credit where due. But this is my customer experience I just wanted to share. But your offer of help over the phone would be welcomed. Thank you - I have upped my rating from 2 to 3. As I believe this is a fair middle ground. I will contact you if I get stuck close to time of changing.
These guys fitted my alarm a couple of years ago and gave a first class service so when we wanted Cctv installed, we had no hesitation based on the great previous service from this local family run business. We have not been let down once again the engineers were tidy, polite and kept us informed throughout the day. We had a slight issue with one camera after a couple of days, but there was no hesitation on their behalf to correct the fault, Which i believe to be equipment failure nothing to do with the work that had been carried out. Good company highly recommend
A brilliant experience with No Entry today. Friday evening and alarm playing up; was worried about not having a working alarm over the weekend. Rang on the off chance of getting hold of someone to help. An engineer talked my partner through how to fix it remotely and clear the fault. Always a great service, thanks so much x
I had Steve give me price, and were well pleased With my security cameras. I have arranged Steve to come over again, to add more cameras to my home The Cameras were fitted by his Son Joe, and was pleased with the work. They are polite and extremely helpful. The receptionist who is Emma is extremely helpful over the phone and polite, you can't get anyone better to represents the company. And they come back when you have a problem, they don't give up on you. ⭐⭐⭐ ...
