The cemetery chapel of rest (1889) at Brompton-by-Sawdon, is an early design by Temple Moore (1856-1920), who became a leading church architect. Most of his work is listed & so is this, Grade II. It's always a pleasure to visit it. Open every day during daylight hours. Off-road parking at the gate.
