Brewery Cottage

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Brewery Cottage, as did our pup! The cottage is just gorgeous - so cosy and has everything you could need. The hamper was lovely touch with treats included for our dog, and the hot tub is the cherry on top. Brompton on Swale is equally lovely with a great pub next door to the cottage and wonderful local scenery. This was a great base for exploring the Dales and a very quick drive into Richmond too. We couldn't recommend staying here enough and are planning an annual return!

My wife and I had a fantastic 3 night break at the Brewery Cottage. Emma and Richard have an amazing little property for couples looking to get away for a bit of "us" time. The decor, cleanliness, and general atmosphere of the cottage are all awesome. A well-appointed open plan kitchen and living room on the ground floor has plenty of space with a bluetooth speaker and large smart TV for entertainment. The cottage is warm and comfortable, with modern central heating. However, there is a log burner in the living room for those romantic evenings after exploring the local area or continuing to relax after a spell in the hot tub. Ah, the hot tub. This was a pleasant surprise for me, as I've never tried one and have to admit to being dubious about using it in almost sub-zero temperatures. I am now convinced, it was absolutely fantastic. Upstairs, the bedroom has a luxurious, thick carpet and large comfortable bed. There is another smart TV for those wanting to watch a film or favourite programme while snuggled up. The shower / toilet is modern and well maintained, with the shower being both powerful and hot but with enough adjustability to easily find a comfortable setting. Definitely a 5 star PLUS from us, and we're already talking about a return visit.

What a fantastic place to stay. It was everything we needed for a relaxed break away. The cottage we stayed in was to a high standard and we had everything we needed and more. Emma is so lovely and helpful, gave us information about local walks. Nothing to much trouble. Dog friendly, which is another bonus. There is also a paddock where the dog can run around. There is plenty to do would highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Thank you Emma for a lovely stay.

The cottage was decorated to a very high standard, immaculately clean and very well presented. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you might need and the Welcome pack was very much appreciated, full of local produce. Having a mix of modern with some antique touches gave a feeling of luxury. Being able to relax in the private hot tub on an evening was a bonus. Overall we would certainly recommend this cottage to friends and family.

Had a fabulous stay at this beautiful cottage spotless lovely hamper hot tub everything you needed . Great base and to top it off the crown pub almost next door .Definitely would recommend and stay again .
