I've been a client of Flex Health for many years. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and thorough, but also kind, which is something you need when in pain. When I got up this morning my back pain was so severe, I had to use a walking stick to get around the house. At 10.00am I had a sports massage appointment with physiotherapist, Iain Fairfield, at the Brough (Welton) branch of Flex Health, and by 11.05am I was walking unaided. My problem was probably not very severe, they're not miracle workers, but after a very thorough consultation and diagnostic, Iain worked on my lower back and released whatever was causing the problem. Having been in excruciating pain for over a week, I can't thank Iain enough. I've come home with advice and exercises, so hopefully, the 'quick fix' will also last longterm. As someone who lives in a West Hull village, getting to the Hull site can sometimes be a long journey. Having the option to choose the new facility in Welton is a real bonus.
