Hillcrest Country Park

Lovely private feeling retreat. Very Nice hosts. A memorable trip for all the right reasons. A lot of effort went into setting this up ,many thanks to Kate and Ed Breakfast on the decking in the sunshine was great, supper on the patio with the gas heater a real treat. You will love it here.

Had a lovely week in the Ivy Cottage. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet it is convenient for the Dales or the North Yorkshire Moors. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The only thing that caused concern was a drain in the shower being unable to handle full flow. Otherwise everything was fine and exceeded our expectations.

Very nice place to stay, beautiful views and a great location. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was a good size for 4 of us and had all the amenities you'd need. A good base to start your journey through the beautiful countryside and surrounding areas.

I came this week Tuesday to Friday, just me and my dog. Kate and Ed are so lovely, very friendly and helpful with recommendations for the local area. The pod was just perfect, everything that you could want, and the heater was much appreciated in the evening after a lot of long wet walks! The location is so peaceful, you wouldn't think that it was just off the road. The facilities were faultless and I feel that Kate and Ed have done a superb job keeping everywhere clean and safe with covid. Thank you for everything, I would highly recommend anyone visit!

Willow Cottage was clean with great facilities/decor and gave me a relaxing feel. Kate (the owner) was attentive and helpful, the food provided by a local catering company delicious and the location beautiful and tranquil. There are fab dog walks along the Tees only a couple of mins drive away.
