A huge thank you to the Sunflower Salon team, especially Ann. She is truly professional and extremely talented. Her beautiful design suggestions always make me happy, and she works with great care, patience, and a constant smile, even after long working days. I have been visiting her every two weeks for almost two years for my hands and feet, and every time her work is even better than before. She uses high-quality, very clean tools and pays great attention to hygiene. Highly recommended — once you visit, you’ll definitely become a regular customer!

Been to this nail salon twice now but won’t go again unless desperate and certainly won’t have the guy on my second visit.. Shame really as first time I got a really good guy who was very good and took time and didn’t chatter to other technicians while I was there and nails were great. Very different on second visit; I got a guy who was distracted talking to one of the other female technicians who didn’t stop talking all the time I was there. He was so sadly lacking in concentration that he caught my fingers on numerous occasions while tidying up cuticles. I didn’t notice until later that afternoon when the cuts stared to smart a bit. Shoddy!

Overpriced and incredibly rude nail techs! They are very unscrupulous! And I have had better quality nails at a much lower price. They lie and tell you their card machine is broken and ask you to get cash from a machine and come and find you if you are even a few minutes late due to a long queue at the cash machine. I did not appreciate being made to feel like a criminal! Why not mention its cash only before work was done? They are constantly muttering in their language and laughing making customers feel uncomfortable. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. No customer care or service just there to grab as much money as possible. Inconsistent pricing, they add costs as and when they feel. AVOID!

I got my nails done here today and had a really positive experience. I was a bit anxious going in because I’ve never had my nails done before, but the staff were friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They didn’t speak much, but they were gentle, professional, and I still felt well taken care of. My nails turned out perfectly and the whole process was smooth and relaxing. Even though I was nervous, I left feeling confident and really happy with the result.

I've never had a nail application last such a short amount of time. Firstly, when I went I asked for BIAB and they gave me acrylic tips "your nails are too short" then they refused to cut the tips as short as I wanted. I should have seen this as a sign and ran but the lady next to me, her nails looked great. It's a week and a bit later, nearing in mind if I ever get acrylics they last me 3-4 weeks and one of them cracked vertically. One has broken horizontally and another cracked a hole in the tip. The design was cute and well-done but the base had so many faults I'm having to go and get them re-done before Christmas.
