KFC Sheffield Arena - Broughton Lane

Tonight 12/12/25 there was an event at the arena. We Went to KFC for food afterwards. Most of the restaurant was closed off for sitting in but there were no free tables for paying customers to sit at they were taken already. A member of staff aggressively told saying customers to move. Because they had sat at the edge of the "closed off" area. There was no where they could move to. KFC it is your responsibility to ensure your staff can deal with the volume of customers. 1. dont allow eat in option if you dont want the customers inside after a set time. Have take away only. 2. be aware of events happening at one of the top line arenas in the country. 3. ensure you have enough staff to manage and not have meltdowns at customers. Staff shouldn't feel so are pushed to their limit they rip the head of customers. Look after your staff and they look after your customers. The customers took the situation very well. I wouldn't have been so diplomatic being spoken to like that

I visited this KFC on 09/11/25, and I simply loved the service. The taste and freshness of the food were at another level.

I ordered £21 meal there is missing 2 hot. Chicken meal. Customer service is very bad. They forget my meal He just gave me a burger box and 10 wing £21.73

Missing half my order 6hots wings, 4 chips, fillets burger. Went on to eat the food that did get sent out, SOUR gone off spat it straight out. I tried my kids food as they complained to, its all old food warmed up barely. Even the gravy was cold. Im fuming £60 in the bin or missing. I want a full refund

Worst kfc in the area. Food was all very cold. Portion size is poor. Beans were mainly bean juice with a few beans in the bottom of the pot. I even changed the first beans as it was mainly bean juice and the second portion was exactly the same. Shame really as it was the only hot item served.
