I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the EE showroom in Meadowhall. I had ordered a product one and a half months ago, and despite being told it would arrive within 28 days, I received a message saying it was ready for collection only yesterday. Upon visiting the store, I was met with poor service and a lack of communication. Despite having evidence of payment, the staff claimed that they had not received it and that I was not eligible to order the product. This was particularly frustrating as they had checked my credit score and offered me the option to purchase the product in the first place. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and insulting, and they seemed unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. I had already paid a total of £55 in deposits, and they even asked me to pay an additional £30 yesterday, which was the final straw. I had trusted EE to deliver a product that I had planned to give as a gift, but their incompetence has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was forced to cancel the order and will be seeking alternative options in the future. I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with EE, especially if they value good customer service and a hassle-free experience. So please please 🙏🏻

It feels like the focus here is more on having a shiny new store than on having knowledgeable, well-trained staff who actually help customers. The gent seemed unsure of what he was doing and simply tried to pitch me extremely overpriced upgrade options. I won’t be returning, which is a shame because the old store always looked after me. Perhaps they’re pressured into pushing expensive plans to cover the cost of the new shop, but either way, the experience was disappointing and not worth repeating.

I had an amazing experience at EE Meadowhall as the staff were very approachable and informative, being very patient with me as I needed to upgrade my phone due to having issues. I was served by Taznim, Travis and Connor and they were amazing in terms of maintaining communication and constant professionalism. I managed to sort out my phone issues in the end and upgraded to my current new iPhone 16. Thank you so much! Please pass this message onto the relevant manager. :)

Rubbish experience. Went in for an iPhone had looked online and priced it up. The girl who served us asked if we pay for Netflix already, proceeded to add extra add ons such at Netflix, scam cover etc without checking we even wanted it. Would not recommend was in there over an hour just to purchase a phone that they couldn’t even have delivered to store. Then said we could pay our upfront in cash, and it got to end and we had to use card. Useless.
