Went in to upgrade my phone, everything went pretty smoothly. Had a problem setting up my phone once at home so went back to get help. Lewis helped me out and had a look at my plan. Was able to upgrade me further whilst saving money, couldn’t be happier. Thank you Lewis
Went to Meadowhall store this evening to sort out a new contract I found it very rude when asked what our earnings was I can understand doing credit checks but not asking how much you earn !!!!!! Not impressed!!! All tho I can’t blame the member of staff it was in his list of questions to ask. 02 I think you need to change your system questions I found it rude. Not a happy long time customer.
This is the noisiest shop I have ever visited. The sound levels were similar to a whole roomful of screaming babies. I was handed a phone to speak to the customer services and was constantly asking the person to repeat their question. The problem could possibly be remedied by installing some kind of ceiling baffles to absorb the noise. I’m sure it would benefit people trying to purchase phones as they would experience better quality sound. Eventually the problem I had was resolved after over 20 minutes conversation on the phone, but the whole experience was exhausting.
absolutely appalling, a women that worked there called jenny was so rude to my daughter that’s 14 years old and autistic. so my 14 year old daughter said to her ‘ omg your hair is so nice’ and she pointed to her hair, then jenny says ‘ thanks but do not touch my hair’ she did not touch her hair she only pointed to it, then my daughters like oh sorta thing, then jenny starts speaking to me about what we came for.. then she stops speaking to me then try’s to argue with my daughter so my daughter says ‘why are you continuing it you have told me already your just now been rude’ jenny then says ‘ it is not rude me telling you not to touch my hair’ then i say ‘can we just discuss what we came for ’ she then says ‘ it’s not ready for pick up have you even had a text or email saying to come for it’ i said my husband hasn’t got a phone to get a email from the worker when we discussed and payed for the phone yesterday just said to come in tomorrow for it’ jenny then says well can’t he just log in to his emails into another device i said no he’s a builder he hasn’t got time to log in and out of devices to check his emails i will go for some food and come back’ and i also noticed when she was trying to argue with my daughter jenny was shaking.. how can you get that mad at a 14 year old. I went back to the store and it the phone was ready for collection. the manger was the one who seed to us and then before i left i asked for jennys name and he then gave it us and says ‘ can i ask why’ and i said because she was rude to my 14 year old daughter that’s autistic and then told him what happened and the manger says ‘she had a right to speak to her the way she did and jenny didn’t know she was autistic’ i said it don’t matter if she’s autistic or not jenny should not speak to a child the way she just did and then we just went back and fourth.for Highly would not recommend this store.
Went in to do an O2 switch up. The first sales guy was absolutely lovely he was polite and friendly. He said I could do the switch up online as I didn't have my bank card with me. I then went home tried to do it online and it wouldn't allow me so I went back at 7:50pm to be approached by "management". This guy was so rude to me! (Bare in mind the shop shuts at 9pm) He kept saying we won't have time and talking to me like I was less than human. I explained I've come all the way back because I can't do it online and if he could just squeeze me in. He then proceeded to be rude asking me if I expect to be served after 9pm. There was no need for his attitude at all. I was being polite and he had a massive chip on his shoulder. I will be taking this complaint further as I'm sick and tired of customer service people talking to me like I'm trash. If this is how management treat their customer how they treating there staff?! I wish I had the first guys name because he was such a lovely guy and deserves recognition. The "management" guy needs to be sacked IMO you don't talk to people like that. If you don't enjoy your job go do something else.
