lovely place to get my nails done for prom gel nails for £15

I have visited a number of times as the nails completed by Mum are good. However enough is enough as there is zero customer service. On my last visit I was 3 minutes late i was reprimanded out loud in front of other customers which was embarrassing and unnecessary. Compare this to my previous appointment when I was kept waiting for 15 minutes without so much of an apology. My last 2 appointments were also with out explanation carried out by an assistant who is not as good or as careful catching 3 of my cuticle which were sore for several days. Overall customers are rushed to choose colours indeed the whole thing is like being on a fast moving conveyor belt without warmth or friendliness, a far cry from my experience which my last nail technician where a complimentary coffee, smile and conversation were always present. One last point the salon needs a really good clean, basic housekeeping duties are not kept up to date.
