Disgusting customer service!!! Woman on the counter was really snappy & rude. Twice tried to pick up a parcel & she said it wasn’t there. Then she couldn’t do anything as ‘her machine was broken’. Don’t use this Post Office as they are absolutely useless!!!

Worst post office ever! Staff are unbelievable, complete lack of customer service. Never stocked with items you need and they don't know how their own postal system works.

Is this post office open? I phoned it on the 16th April 2020 to check if they were open, as I have posted a parcel to be delivered - care of their address - and the phone gives out a message to say it cannot be answered due to a temporary error. Are you open and receiving parcels?

The staff here are rude and demand to know the exact contents of parcels sent. They have no right to do this and are too stupid to realise that. Avoid!
