To be the initial point of contact for new instructions from clients. To ensure</p> <p>services and products are completed in a timely and efficient manner.</p> <p><strong>Location</strong>: Part Exchange & Group Clients</p> <p><strong>Accountable to</strong>: Operations Manager</p> <p><strong>Grade</strong>: A1</p> <p><strong>Salary</strong>: £24,000 + commission. <strong>OTE: £27,000</strong></p> <p>INDRSC</p> <p><strong>Activities / Main Duties:</strong></p> <p>• Consistently achieve targets and goals set for the production and completion</p> <p>of summary packs and other services requested by clients.</p> <p>• Confidently deal with clients customers when arranging estate agent and</p> <p>other property professionals’ visits.</p> <p>• Take an active role in your team to drive and deliver success, always pushing</p> <p>for consistently high service standards and performance.</p> <p>• Provide reports & recommendations along with supporting evidence where</p> <p>necessary to achieve objectives and goals.</p> <p>• Recommend solutions to problems and communicate these in a timely and</p> <p>professional manner.</p> <p>• Respond to emails/written communications within required time frames,</p> <p>ensuring all written communication is clear, concise and grammatically</p> <p>correct.</p> <p>• Ensure I.T systems are maintained with accurate detailed information,</p> <p>documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are</p> <p>recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail.</p> <p>• Ensuring at all times that we adhere to and meet the service standards and</p> <p>service levels that our clients expect on a client specific basis.</p> <p>• Liaise with external parties and suppliers to provide third party services</p> <p>including RICS valuations, contractor and other reports as required.</p> <p>• Work closely with the Part Exchange & Group Clients’ sales team to ensure</p> <p>good communication with regard to workload, turn-around times and any</p> <p>client specific challenges.</p> <p>• Manage own workload but as part of a team and complete required actions through</p> <p>the effective use of our bespoke operating platform SAMS.</p> <p>• Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties (internal and external) to</p> <p>ensure that we are portrayed in the best possible light.</p> <p>• Attend all training sessions & meetings as and when required, putting outcome &</p> <p>actions into practice without delay.</p> <p>• Study and review all company policies to ensure your knowledge remains current</p> <p>and you have completed tests within timeframes set.</p> <p>• Contributing to the 1-1 appraisal process and provide supporting evidence.</p> <p>• Participate in ad-hoc projects as and when required by your colleagues and</p> <p>management team.</p> <p>• Prioritise work, chase agents and other stakeholders to ensure all reports,</p> <p>paperwork and other actions are completed in line with Service Level Agreements.</p> <p>• Ability to support other areas of the Division with minimal supervision or support</p> <p>when requested.</p> <p>• Conduct own research into property values, sense check agents reports and add</p> <p>own recommendations and findings to summary and other reports to ensure a high</p> <p>standard is maintained. Ability to “challenge” and discuss completed reports as</p> <p>supplied by agents and others.</p> <p><br /></p>
