Absolutely fabulous experience with Connaught Carpets. We went into the showroom and met such a lovely lady (whose name I cannot remember) but she was so helpful and friendly. Listened to exactly what we wanted and helped us pick the perfect carpet for our stairs. Ellis then came to the house to measure up and was just as lovely. Very professional and gave such an excellent price. Today Jamie has been and fit the carpet and has done the perfect job. He did not stop working and the carpet looks wonderful. He even made sure everything was clean and tidy once he had finished. Such a friendly team and we couldn’t fault any of them. Wonderful experience, I would absolutely recommend them.

A company that goes the extra mile. I strolled into the shop one day at 4.50pm on the look out for LVT. Straight away Ellis was friendly and helpful (not at all frustrated I walked in 10 minutes before closing) and spent time with me going through the different options. After narrowing it down he let me take some boards home to show my husband and compare a few different ones. The next day, Jody opened the shop up early for me so I could drop the boards off before work. We’d already had our carpets fitted by another company but Ellis took some of the bigger pieces and bound the edges to make them into rugs for us at a good price. The week of fitting arrived and Jamie, Jody & Ellis did a fantastic job. Some days they worked 11 hours in order to get the job done by the date they promised. They were respectful of our house and belongings and tidied up after themselves. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and we will be recommending Connaught Carpets & Flooring to all our family and friends. Thanks so much to Ellis & the whole team.

Great friendly team, nothing was too much trouble. Very trustworthy and really competitive on price. I got both carpet and amtico flooring fitted. It was a huge job and the quality of the products and workmanship were second to none.

Incredible, that’s the word for the job that Ellis and Jodie have just completed. 200 meters of carpet fitted to perfection. We have never seen two fitters so good, their work is perfect and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend this company , on entering to enquire about 2 new carpets needed. We were Greeted by Ellis, the owner , lovely friendly helpful chap. I was in a hurry to get these carpets fitted ASAP. As he was booked up for weeks and in the midst or awaiting a new baby arrival, he managed to get his team in to do it in record time. That was ver much appreciated. They were an excellent bunch who arrived to fit both carpets , friendly, helpful ( moving furniture ) and efficient. Super impressed, super happy with the carpets. Absolutely stunning , beige with a hint of shimmer. They feel Devine under feet. Have to give a shout out to the lovely lady that was taking my calls , friendly and helpful.
