I would highly recommend Carrie at Therapeutic Kneads. She's an incredible mix of vast technical knowledge and intuitive healing. I've been seeing for a couple of years and really value the relationship we've built up so that I feel very safe and supported with her. Her therapy is very personalised and tailored to individual needs.

Carie has so many areas of skill. You don’t have to know what kind of treatment you need. You don’t even have to know exactly what the problem is, or if there is one. She will help work with your body and unlock and release pains and tension you didn’t realise was there. I started seeing Carie after a 15 minute taster, and have been coming back for more than a year, with each session developing on the last. Highly recommended.

Caroline has huge knowledge of the body, plus she's also very strong, and has sorted out various sore or stuck bits on me a number of times, most recent a back muscle that had got stuck after a long flight. Very highly recommended. I've been using her for over ten years.

I was diagnosed with an extensive Sinus infection in August and due to the antibiotics and steroids having no effect whatsoever, I was told I needed endoscopic surgery to remove the infection. There are many risks associated with this surgery and my wife recommended I tried Carie to see if acupuncture could help. I’ve never had acupuncture before, but on my first visit to Carie’s fabulous treatment room in the idyllic Hebden Bridge, she explained everything I needed to know, talking me through the treatment, putting my mind at rest and helping me relax. I’ve had several treatments since and in my check up with my ENT Consultant this week, he advised that the infection had cleared and surgery was no longer required! This is fantastic news and I put this entirely down to Carie’s care, experience, and treatment, which I would absolutely recommend to anyone and regardless of your ailments.

That was bloody brilliant. I feel so good. My sinuses are clear my ears feel great my neck is better than it was my whole body feels great. Could well be the best £60 I've ever spent! Thank you 🙏
