Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter is Viator, Inc., located at 400 1st Avenue, Needham, MA 02494 US.
• This prize draw (“Prize Draw”) runs until 24 December 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
• The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except (a) employees of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, and (b) employees of the publisher.
• In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions, that you are eligible to enter, and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
• Only one entry per person shall be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry to the Draw by using multiple identities or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
• The Promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
• At the end of the Promotional Period, the Promoter shall select a winning entry at random from all qualifying entries.  
• The prize is a voucher to use on a tour/activity/experience booking on the Viator website (viator.com) with a value of £150 (“Prize”). If there are optional extra costs to be paid in relation to the experience booked, these will be the responsibility of the winner.
• The Prize must be used in one single transaction, by 31 December 2024. The winner will need to pay a non-refundable £1 when redeeming the Prize. 
• If the winner chooses to make a booking with a total value of less than £150, there will be no refund of the difference in either cash or credit.
• The winner will be required to create a Viator account, and to agree to Viator’s Customer Terms of Use and Privacy Statement, together with the applicable tour operator’s terms in making a booking using the Prize. If the booked experience is cancelled, Viator will endeavour to source an alternative of equivalent value.
• The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.  
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner on or after 24 December. If the winner is unresponsive, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to another eligible entrant drawn at random.
• The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Voucher cannot be traded in for cash.
• Deadline for entry is Sunday 24th December 2023 at midnight.
• Winner must provide current email address.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Prizes are not transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
