Cleckheaton Post Office

I wanted to post a Christmas cake to my daughter in Aldershot. Atia went above and beyond to help me. She was so helpful. My parcel was delivered the next day by DPD and arrived in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Cleckheaton post office.

Atia has been nothing short of excellent. She is always so friendly and very informative. We would be lost if it wasn't for her guidance with certain admin. Thanks again Atia.

Our Post Office in Cleckheaton is essential. The staff are brilliant, very efficient, helpful and really friendly too. As most of our bank branches are now closed they provide an invaluable service. Very much appreciated.

Such a poor representation of Cleckheaton! I recently went to the post office to drop off a large item to return. It was roughly around 4:30 and there was a small queue with two older ladies working. When I got to the counter I wasn’t greeted with a smile or a Hello but instead an unwelcome look mixed with frustration. I proceeded to explain it was a return and that I had the return label in my hand as I hadn’t had time to stick it on. Instead of offering to take it off my hands and take a minute to stick it on for me. I was told to return with some tape! After explaining that it needed to be returned that day she directed me to the side gave me some tape and scissors and told me to do it myself as I was holding up the queue.. As I left I thanked her and said goodbye and was given an unpleasant look and ignored. The staff here are truly rude and should not be in a customer facing role with that attitude!
