The Greenway Medical Practice

The doctors i have seen over the years have been brilliant! However when you call now to book an appointment i get told i am in a que and then immediately after told the lines are busy and to call back later. It has become a challenge to actually speak to a person or book an oppointment. I may call down and try to book an appointment in person but worry i would be told to just call back and it be a wasted trip.

I went to see Dr Majid yesterday and I'm quite overwhelmed at how brilliant she was! Not only was I able to get an appointment within a few hours of ringing up, I felt heard and she went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted. It's fantastic to have such an advocate for women at our local practice. Thanks so much!!

Been a Patient since October 1999 and sadly there's no emotion Joan gone Debbie too the receptionist don't smile one looked at me and pointed to screen not knowing what I wanted plus I been wanting a letter which seems to much like hard work as they gave me a summary which doesn't note any thing about my health more like habits which is personal plus cos I'm w chart the dr who did give me care for a serious health concern but something to do w restlessness go speak chart who also turn it to go see gp my Dr's one to one compassion and understanding as disappeared Debbie's gone too and its like going when co vid was around which I remember as a bad time for me because I was delusional and what im saying is Debbie Joan or Dr Scrivings it was a personal feeling with empathy compassion and understanding which as disappeared I struggle explaining but even leaving Cleckheaton after 16 years I was well happy being able to keep my place at this surgery now it's just soul less no one to talked to a dentist negligence as left me without a smile but I'm not letting anyone take my sanity I need understanding not criticism its even more anxiety for me to take so I hide away that said dr Scrivings said I was diligent and I want those feelings again.

Phoned at 8am this morning receptionist very helpful and got an appointment for 9am. Was seen by a Doctor did some checks. Pleased with the service. Well done
