FIRST CALL GAS

Heating and hot water failed on Sunday 21th December. The office was manned and an engineer visited by 11am. parts required were not stocked but ordered early on the 22nd and arrived on the 23rd. These fitted on Christmas eve and once fully bled, Christmas was cozy. All communication was excellent and ETAs were well adhered to. My thanks go to Richard, the only name I know of and his two colleagues. The service received from First Call was as good as it gets especially considering the dates.

Richard and Philip arrived to service our gas fire and boiler this morning and they have done an excellent job. I can honestly say that we have never had such a thorough service on the boiler and fire in the past they really have been exceptional. They were very courteous and tidied up after everything was done. Thank you very much gents, exceptional service.

Both chaps turned up promptly, were well presented, polite and friendly. Service was carried out quickly. Fortunately, no faults found. One of the chaps was an apprentice, who carried out most of the work. I was glad to hear the instruction provided to him when needed was delivered very professionally. The area around the boiler was left clean and tidy. A really great experience provided from a good team.

We had our new boiler fitted last year by first call gas. Impressed with the service provided. Friendly, on time and efficient. Just had it's annual service, and again, First call were on time, clean, efficient and friendly. Brilliant.

The First Call engineer came today to service our gas boiler. He was a very pleasant chap, was very thorough, even investigated and attended to a part which had never been inspected by any other engineers who had serviced the boiler previously. He was accompanied by a newly qualified engineer who was equally pleasant, mentoring him in correct procedures and giving him advice on ensuring that things were done professionally. I thoroughly recommend their services.
