Been to surgery this morning about a prescription. Receptionist was very helpful and I got a phone call from the pharmacist within an hour to say she had sent the prescription to chemists, no problem with either of them. The actual medical staff/doctors I’m not impressed with. If two of my blood tests had been reviewed, showing I was severely anaemic, I could have been treated back in February.
Despite having asked multiple times for reasonable adjustments for autism and having been told yes that's no problem, they just stare at me blankly whenever I try to use those reasonable adjustments and tell me that they do not exist. Three times they've put a note on my file and then the next time I've gone in there's been no note on my file.
This drs is socking used to be good all the drs won’t to do is got to private patients and nursing homes where they get paid more if you don’t won’t to be a nhs dr don’t be one
Reception staff are great I never had a problem with phoning them they always give an appointment and always ring me back if one opens up later in the day. The doctors actually listen to you and not fob you off I feel like I have a voice at this surgery so personally Iv had a great experience.
According to the GP here I'm supposed to go days without an inhaler (a life saving medicine) because I'm due for a review since I have bad asthma symptoms?? Good job keeping your patients healthy guys!! 😒
