Went to get my nails done this evening after work, and honestly — this is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! A huge thank you to both Dom and Kim for your amazing service. I couldn’t decide on a design, but Dom was so creative and absolutely nailed it (no pun intended!). The result was stunning — perfect design, super beautiful! I’m so happy with how they turned out. Highly recommend! ❤️

I wanted to leave an honest review after seeing some unfair comments, particularly about gel nails chipping. From my experience, Kim is very open and professional in explaining the difference between standard gel polish and builder gel. If you want extra strength and longer-lasting nails, you do need to pay a little extra for builder gel, which is much stronger. Kim always suggests this to clients and explains it clearly, but ultimately the choice is up to the customer. I personally have builder gel, and my nails are strong, durable, and beautifully done. The service at Kim’s Nails is warm and welcoming. Yes, there can be a wait at times, but that’s because they are busy with clients and take their time to do nails properly rather than rushing. The hospitality is brilliant — you’re offered a drink and made to feel comfortable. Overall, the service is excellent, the nails are done with great care, and I always leave very happy. Don’t be put off by some of the negative reviews — I’d encourage anyone to go and experience it for themselves.🌸

Kim is the kindest soul and always goes above and beyond for all of her clients. I’d never go anywhere else! My daughter and me l love it. There is a wait if you go at busy times but you are offered a massage chair usually which is lovely! It’s a warm and welcoming place and nice for a chat and a bit of time to yourself. Always been offered a drink and never once felt rushed. The chaps are all lovely too. Keep up the fantastic work Kim and team.

Kim always provides a warm welcome, offering drinks every time. I love the way my nails are done. I normally come in with a picture I like, and my nails are done exactly the same. I wouldn’t go anywhere else Kim’s is the best. Thank you for providing a brilliant service every time.

I have been going to Kim for six months now and definitely won’t be trying nowhere else. This is the best salon we have used the pedicures are to die for and always a warm welcome. A drink is always offered and my children always feel welcome too and my older daughters get their nails done here too 💗💅
