Premier Inn Skipton North (Gargrave) hotel

We have stayed at many Premier inns up and down the country, This one is quite dated and could definitely do with a refit I don’t think it’s been updated in a long time it has no modern fittings ie usb fittings, the bathroom are clean but in need of a refurbished, the price was definitely on the lower tariff so the cost for a week was really good, we didn’t eat at the pub next door as there was other places to eat, the staff were very friendly and efficient no complaints there and the location is perfect for exploring Yorkshire and the North depending how far you want to go. Would stay again

The hotel is tired and run down. A friend's room had a table lamp that didn't work. I didn't even have one. A standard lamp didn't have a bulb. The shower head was fixed in place, aiming at the wall...nothing like a challenge!! The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The food service in the attached restaurant was slow in the evening. Didn't have any interaction after the mains were served, and couldn't get any attention afterwards even going to the bar, to pay the extra on our meal deal. Gave up after half an hour of being ignored and left. We like going to Gargrave, it's a convenient place to stay for a family reunion every year, so will go again. Expectations are low however. In the end it's a comfy bed, and that's all you need!!

The bed was not made to any standard. The toilet seat was hanging off and reported but still not repaired. We had a meal deal but there was barely any meals available and no Guinness, no Moretti or no Mahdi for gods sake. No pizzas nothing but burgers. Definitely not coming back again. Feel sorry for the staff having to work with this poor place. Needs a whole refurbish. For gods sake only opens at 6pm. We went elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE

Couldn't fault this little gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was exactly what I expected. Food in the pub next-door was excellent also. set in a beautiful area and would definitely like to come back

The hotel looks fine, but they should focus more on the rooms maintenance. My room was OK as a space but with big mold on the wall, curtains not properly fitted, the toilet seat lichen. The first thing when you enter was the mold and you can not do to much, like open the window, as it was on the ground floor, and I was coming when was dark outside. The sad thing is that they know about all of this, as the couch was about 30 cm away from the wall. Not recommended as maybe more rooms are in the same condition.
