Ashfield House is a secluded 17th Century House in the heart of Grassington, a Grade II listed house, retaining many period features. Located in a quiet retreat down a private cobbled lane but only 50 metres from the popular village square.

Grassington is a delightful, picturesque village in an attractive location on the River Wharfe. A historic centre in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Guests can relax in our large tranquil walled garden or our lounges with a licensed bar. A full English breakfast is served with fresh locally sourced ingredients. We have our own private car park and cycle storage unit - a rarity in Grassington. Guest rooms are either twin or double bedded and are all en-suite or have a separate private bathroom. All rooms have TV, Wifi, hairdryers and tea or coffee making facilities.

The charming cobbled square in the centre of Grassington boasts many small family owned shops. Explore the quaint narrow streets and dine in a cosy restaurant or traditional pub.

Grassington is an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales either by car or on foot, with numerous footpaths radiating out from the village. A haven for horse riding, fly fishing, cycling and other country pursuits.
