Just what my little girl needed. Instructors are in the pool helping and assisting, rather than shouting from outside the pool. Ben and Darcy are great. Very personal assistance to our little one and worth every penny

Comes across as uncaring towards children’s needs. They don’t allow parents poolside for obvious and completely understandable reasons (not enough room). My daughter (4 yo and new to swimming) has been distressed at the start of some lessons (scared of pool depth) and asked one of us to stay close by. I’ve left the pool area quickly once I can see she’s settled in. Just received an email telling me this is not allowed under any circumstances. I have explained her initial distress and tried to come to a compromise, but disappointingly been told to leave if I didn’t like it! This feels weird to me and I’m not happy to potentially traumatise my child when all she needs is a bit of support and comfort. She’s four! Think carefully if you have a sensitive kiddo.

A mixed experience. My eldest has had a positive experience with a very talented instructor (sam), energetic, disciplined, fun & constant. My daughter has had a number of lessons cancelled, often whilst we were waiting to go in, no consistency with instructors & poor time management, often only in the pool for 20 mins of a 30 min class. Trying to get a refund of cancelled lessons is harder than child birth- currently been waiting since 8th June for £79 quid back.

My kid wouldn't even let go of me when in a pool. After a few weeks he is going solo with a noodle and arm bands. Nice, warm little pool for swimming as well. There is limited on site parking by the actual pool but plenty of spaces further up the hill. Maybe bring a warm coat for the walk though. It can get very windy and wet on top of the hills. Also they have a small vending machine on site and stickers for the little ones. Would recommend any day 👍

Been coming to this swimming pool for many years. Ben has taken over and it's definitely improved in its client waiting room, TV, customer service and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend again. New decor in the waiting area and changing rooms.
