Macaulay didn't represent us, but represented our seller. However it almost felt as if he was our personal estate agent. The viewing to start with was very relaxed and straight forward. We loved the property and had our offer was accepted on the day of viewing. Unfortunately we had a long drawn out process, no fault of Macaulay's, but down to legal documents needed, which needed three different parties wet signatures. Macaulay kept us updated, informed, did a lot of the leg work and was there if we needed him for a call. Now we're finally in our wonderful new home, I feel if we ever move again, hopefully not for a long time, we would use Macauley as our representative in the future. This is because the process is personal, direct and he gets the job done, there is no middle man, or switching to a sales manager, to a move manager and too many different people being involved in sales and buying. We can only highly recommend Macauley to anyone thinking of selling or buying property. Thanks again for your brilliant work.

Lovely process of house rental from start to finish. A very welcoming viewing, followed by a straight forward application. Was kept in the loop and received a phone call to say I had been accepted. Passed the relevant checks and received plenty of emails and phone calls to arrange the final steps. A genuinely lovely firm and very professional. From the initial consultation, Macaulay and his team have been fantastic. His knowledge of the property market is second to none. I was very impressed with the photography and accompanied 7 days a week viewings offered by Macauley, which really set him apart from other agents.
