Tom was able to diagnose the nature of my injury/issue following a very thorough and detailed assessment at my first appointment, which also included a treatment plan. Tom explained clearly the daily exercises and treatments that I should carry out as part of the plan and he included additional progressive exercises at my next couple of follow up sessions. He provided summary notes of the treatment plan and links to videos on the exercises. My injury has improved significantly over only a short period of time and I feel confident that I have a treatment plan for avoiding reoccurrence of the injury in the future.
