Tesco Express

I was trying to collect my parcel, I don't have photo ID which hasn't been a problem in the past. I started having a panic attack as they're my daughter's birthday presents and these two workers laughed at me. I'm very upset, but will be back with my photo id once it has arrived, if it's policy fair enough but to be laughed at was not appropriate behaviour.

I visit my son and daughter every weekend & I nip in darfield express and get a few things, Georgina always has a smile nothing is ever too much for her, customer service is always excellent, always polite and well mannerd & even packs my shopping into my bag for me Above and beyond Georgina goes! Well done Georgina

1 young man who works there goes above and beyond with his customer service. An asset to the shop he was working Friday am 7th November. Hope they appreciate him and he should be training other members of staff there. We'll done young man

I have just moved into the area Called in to tesco express on 16/11 (AM) to see what variety they had & grab a few bits LOVE THE CHRISTMAS STUFF 🎄😀 Great shop, decent prices and lovely costa machine, I was served by Georgina & she was well mannerd and very helpful on my trip 😀 & thanked her for packing my shopping, brilliant member of staff you have darfield 🎉🎉
