Had the car back today after a oil/filtervchange. Oil same colour as I had before they took it in, my neighbour told me it's not been changed 😡 Spoke to Kyle who told me he was the only person in the garage today and he did it 😳 Not interested, I have to go to my local garage and pay to get it checked. Over 40years of driving and having servicing I have never had this dark black oil after a service, never!!!!! If the person who says he's the only one in and they do between 10/12 cars a day, makes you think 🤔
Had a service and MOT today. Nigel collected my car and returned it. Brilliant service and honest garage. Thank you
I first booked with KNcustoms for an alternator replacement as i’d been told by numerous other mechanics that this was the problem. However, despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount of an alternator repair to KN, they rang me to inform me that it was actually the fuse box that was causing the car not to start as it had blown. They could have taken the money, installed the alternator and then charged for further repair but instead they spent the whole day trying to figure out what the issue was and then only charged me for that repair, which turned out to be cheaper and to my surprise they actually refunded me a percentage of the original price i paid. Kyle was brilliant and kept me informed every day whilst the car was in repair. They then offered to do a full MOT as I was due one and this was done swiftly and delivered back to me at no extra cost. After months of not knowing what was going on with my car and being told incorrect information from many other mechanics (including misinformation from big established companies), I was so relieved and thankful to finally have the issue correctly diagnosed and then repaired so easily with KN. The car was working perfectly when I got it back and I am just so happy that I found this company as every other one has let me down with this. Their customer service was brilliant with great communication, extremely reasonable prices and I genuinely cannot be more thankful with how they handled the whole situation. If you need any sort or repair go with this company! I cannot fault them and will 100% be going back if any other problems arise. Excellent service!
Took car in to fix door lock. Was told they needed to wait for a part. 6 months later still heard nothing despite calling repeatedly. Another garage has now said they can get it ordered within a week. Serviced the car whilst there and was given advisories for bald tires and faulty brake pads. Had to again get it serviced elsewhere after to ensure the safety of the car
I went there because RAC said it was one of the garages they trust. I gave them the document from RAC saying what was wrong with the car, they said that the following day they were going to run a test and let me know what to do. I had to call them the following day because they were not calling and their answer was "we cannot do anything as the faulty lights are not on and we run the test but nothing is coming up" (RAC reset the lights). Because they didn't call it was late for me to go to pick my car as I didn't have someone to drop me there so I told them I would go the following day. My husband called them and what they told him was way different from what they told me, now they were going to try to find the parts and give us a quote but they couldn't give us a warranty for the parts (no one gives a warranty for small parts anyway but they thought because I am a woman and an immigrant I would not know). They following day my husband kept on calling them for updates but because they couldn't bother to call us. At the end of the day I decided to go for my car and take it somewhere else where, surprisingly, they found the part within 5 minutes. Just saying that most of the bad reviews come from women....sounds like a weird common problem. Funny aswell how they were willing to find pieces after my british husband called them and it wasn't my, with a Spanish accent talking....
