A super place to safely exercise your dog in a safe environment. Obviously a pre book appointment is required. Safe off road parking within the Pooch Park. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Tennis balls for your dog to chase, hosepipe to wash off your dog and poo bag bin for your used poo bags. My dog and I had a super time as he raced up and down the field exploring the field environment. As we had the field for ourselves undisturbed, and able to do some basic dog stuff. I'd recommend visiting The Pooch Park. Thank you π π π
We were very impressed when we brought our two rescue dogs to The Pooch Park earlier this week. It was our first time visiting, and the boys absolutely loved it, especially the tunnels and little woodland section up the hill on the far side. The peace of mind it gives owners of reactive/nervous dogs is absolutely invaluable. We only spotted the catapults near the end of our slot but will be taking full advantage of those next time. My mum thought they were Chihuahua hammocks at first π π The park is in such a gorgeous, tranquil setting, and this also helped me to relax and de-stress (much needed at the moment). Thanks, Jonno and Penny, for creating such a brilliant place for our dogs to let their fur down!
The pooch park is a really good idea. I chose to go so I could just relax. No looking round. My Frenchie went on the agility course π. And my Boxer just chased her ball. There is water, poopy bins. The only issue I had. Was I was worried I might be in the wrong field haha as I couldn't see a sign saying field ONE. Other than that. Great !
Amazing pooch park. My dogs love it. Lots of things to keep them entertained & a really well maintained area. We love spending time there & it saves me so much stress not having to worry about my dogs being reactive, we can just have fun!
A great dog park for all the reasons mentioned in other reviews. My only gripe is that I had to walk around the park and remove 8 tennis balls before I could let my dog in. My dog eats tennis balls which can cause serious health issues, so this was frustrating. The rules on the website make it clear that they shouldnβt be left in the field, but clearly people donβt listen. Maybe a sign could be put up in the park to reinforce this message.
