Denby Dale Community Library

You have to go. It is a fantastic hub and hive of activity. Molly runs Kirkwood Cafe inside the library with a selection of lite bites and cakes. Lots of clubs, oh and books!

Visited for a meditation session, it was really relaxing and insightful. The ladies there welcoming everyone were so friendly and put me at ease. It was a great session and I’ll definitely be back.

I'm working from here while visiting family and find it to be a lovely and quite lively place with different groups meeting each day. Not ideal for a private business video calls [without good noise suppression software!] yet great if you like to work in an environment with things going on around you! They make a great cuppa too!! [I can't review the library as I didn't use it!].

We have visited Denby Dale Library several times whilst visiting our Son. We have taken one or both of our Grandchildren aged 1yr and 3yrs of age to the library for lunch and are always made extremely welcome. The service is excellent and food is great. It has a great community feeling we enjoy looking forward to our next visit.

Staff really helpful and friendly. Great asset to the village.
