Terrible experience at our weekly booking. We arrived to find we couldn't play, yet no one bothered to call us in advance. The pitches are poorly maintained with leaks coming from the roof, creating a safety hazard as one of our players suffered a broken ankle due to a slip from it . To top it off, the staff member, Nadeem, was incredibly rude and lacks basic customer service skills. Very poor organisation and zero accountability. Avoid.

No communication, no apology, no alternative. Just “you can’t play today” from Nadeem after everyone had arrived. People travelled from far to play, only to be let down upon arrival. Do better. Also forgot to mention, we left at 5:25 with no solution but the booking after (6-7) was still allowed to play? Didn’t really make sense just seemed like it was an ego thing from the owners side as he said ‘you just can’t play today’

Poor customer service. Regular players, confirmed booking, but cancelled on the spot due to staffing issues. Not our problem as customers as we have other commitments too.

Great indoor Football pitch. Very spacious. The quality of the pitch is much better than Kick Off. There is a lot of parking which is free. Toilets avaliable. A vending machine for drinks and snacks. There is also an observation space overlooking the pitch, some players bring their kids and they sit there.
