I don't normally leave reviews unless a company has really impressed me. Darran, Nigel and the team at Britannia are brilliant. Friendly, reliable and they do top quality work. I've used them a few times and they're always polite and respect the house. My boiler packed in right before Xmas this year - they managed to source a new one and came out on a Sunday to fit it. Highly recommended.

I have used Darren and his team on two occasions now and found them to be a honest professional organisation. They provide good advice with solutions. There USP for me is that they are qualified in both electrical and plumbing/ heating so you can take advantage of a one stop shop. I cannot praise them highly enough and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone to such an extent that I have signed up to their homecare service for emergency fallouts and servicing Andy Brown Howden East Yorkshire

It's pitch black in the house due to an electrical problem, wait there is a light coming towards me in the darkness, is it a train? no it's Darran from Britannia with a torch. I cannot recommend Britannia highly enough. Excellent customer service and customer care are difficult to find these days but Britannia displayed both when Darran managed to still get to us even after completing a full days work. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and the lights were on in no time. He was courteous and knowledgeable and apart from the electrical work he also advised us on some planned boiler and heating works. Needless to say we will be using Britannia for these also. Just had a few hours with Darran trying his damndest to diagnose a boiler issue and sort it, spoiler alert: Turns out he was right on original diagnosis and dealt with an unexpected issue that cropped up with the gas supply into my house. Before I even knew it, he'd contacted the gas board, tested and bled all my radiators, repaired my boiler and just completely sorted everything out. Absolutely lovely bloke and team, left me with a working hot shower and radiators. Had a great natter to boot and will absolutely be using their services again and recommending them as much as I can. Thanks so much Britannia, made my year!

Fast and professional service. Have used Britannia twice now. Once for a small leak and they came out straight away. Most recently to fix an issue with our boiler. Will be happy to use them again and recommend their services
