Really Pleased with the service at Howarth Timber. Staff are friendly and always happy to help and offer advice. Prices are competitive too :) Special Thanks to Gary and Ivan for getting the oak window boards cut to size at short notice. Will be visiting again.

Amazing people! Shoutout to Nikki for sorting all the wood out that I needed! Don’t bother going to wickes or B&Q. I went to wickes who sell timber board 18 x 200 x 2340 for £29 a board.. I needed 7.6 meters in total for shelving which worked out to around £116 ( uncut ) Went to Howarth timber in Dewsbury and I got the same PSE timber board, CUT to my dimensions for £46!! Absolute bargain of a place - will be using them for all my timber supplies from now on. If you’re planning on doing DIY, don’t bother going to your mainstream Wickes or B&Q unless you want to get ripped off! Howarth Timber: 10/10 customer service 10/10 wood variety 10/10 prices!

On Wednesday evening 26th June I went online and ordered 2/ 1ton bags of 20mm gravel for my garden, I was informed that delivery was 3 to 5 working days, so I was shocked and surprised when it was delivered the very next morning at 9.30am, absolutely fantastic service, the driver was brilliant too, putting it on the front garden, very nice and polite gentleman, very well done to all at howarth Timber.
