Tom came out to fix a gas pipe I accidentally drilled through yesterday. Came within 30 mins of my call. Reasonably priced (even with Sunday pricing). Very polite and did a great job, even when the job turned out to be more complicated than he originally thought, would definitely recommend
I contacted Tom about having a boiler service carried out and he got back to me very quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and we arranged for a time for him to come and service the boiler. He arrived on time and was very polite/professional. I thought he was very knowledgeable about his products and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
We were a new customer, and Tom came out the same day when we had major issues with our boiler and got us up and running. After deciding to invest in a new boiler, this was ordered and fitted quickly. Professional, speedy and great service.
Tom is a very helpful gentleman, who went above and beyond to help us. We had a boiler to install in his area but it was to far for us to travel. I contacted Tom of Parkes Plumbing and Heating on a Friday afternoon just before Xmas. He attended site late in the evening and returned on the Saturday morning to fit the replacement boiler. I had Tom out to one of my rental properties in ossett. I live in London and needed someone reliable and efficient to keep my tenants happy. I was recommended Tom by someone online and thank God they did. Tom called to my property out of normal working hours, diagnosed the fault, and returned the next afternoon to fit the part. My tenants had less than 24hours downtime thanks to Tom's expertise and professional approach to business.
