Called in last week on my way back to work. Spoke to the owner about a van that needs attention. Wasn't listening and started making a phone call while I was talking to him. He didn't say he wasn't interested in my money but pretty much ignored me. I'd rather just be told. Won't be going again.

Been visiting the a&a team 11 plus year's Sadly we said goodbye to wife's old car 25 and now has mums so was on tenterhooks. But didn't need to worry all staff stars,gentleman. Firm ref mot but honesty is there motto. If it needs a part tell you if not then all OK. Highly recommend this great garage
I took my car down after the aa had diagnosed the problem, when I phoned up I asked if they knew about the parts and garage cover on my aa policy and he said yea he knows and can do it, Fast forward, I dropped the car off the next morning checking again that everything was ok with the aa cover, that afternoon I phoned and he hadn't done any work on my car and didn't even bother phoning me with the problems or any update. I am now still without a working car and having to find another garage to get it fixed
