I had an amazing experience with High Street Motor Group. The lads, Adam and Harun, were brilliant from start to finish and were extremely professional, genuinely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The cars they have are spot on and the showroom is spotless, clean and well organised. I got my very first car from them and the whole process was completely stress-free. From viewing the car to buying and collecting it, everything was handled flawlessly. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for great service and quality cars.
Bought a car from High Street Motor Group and couldn’t be happier! Harun was great to deal with – friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent service, highly recommend! 🚗⭐
Beware the friendly approach. I bought an Volvo V40 CC from this company. There is no chance haggling on the price despite pointing out issues found at the time of viewing. I wasn't trading, it was a cash purchase. (No cards just bank transfer) I got a minor reduction for a broken light cluster. However, on taking the car away and viewing the car in detail, the problems started. I live 50 mins away so drove home on the motorway. Straight away tge near side door mirror was clearly not locked - its motor connection was broken so was flapping around - mot failure. I had also pointed out a low tyre tread - to be told it was legal and would pass the mot. Mot was not supplied - it was on line. I soon realised some of the prep work had not been done. In fact it had an exterior clcleanSome advisories had been done, the tyre was overlooked. Front offside position lamp out, sunvisors both broken, rubbish left in wheel well. No spare, no inflator kit. I was told a service had been done and the book was stamped up in front of me, 250 miles later than the actual odometer reading. I realised very quickly this car had been bought at the auction and had the bare minimum work completed. There was straw and wood pieces under every seat and in every crevice, dirt was ingrained on control knobs and levers. The oil had not been changed BUT the windscreen wash was full. It was either a Friday afternoon service or the apprentice was let loose and not checked. The key fob battery was dead - i was given £5 to buy one as they didn't have one. I decided to locate the parts I needed and do the work myself and contacted the company. They did not want to discuss the issues but instead told me to drive back and a 'mechanic' would look at the mirror. I was asking for full compensation, id have been happy with 50%, but they offered nil. Why did I keep the car? Because I needed a car this week having had our previous Volvo written off and tge courtesy car was going back. I spent a whole day cleaning the car and 3 bottles of Auto Grim later, it looks and smells like a car again. It will have cost me over £300 to rectify basic stuff tge garage should have done. It didn't have any car mats, not even the paper protectors. I got a 7 month 'warranty', one i have had many times before. I suspect yet again its not worth the paper its written on. Seriously scrutinise any car you buy from these guys. I was having a bad day and viewing far too many dog rough cars. This had at least been cleaned, and i was drawn in. I dread what is round tge corner with this car tbh.
Excellent customer service and helpful
Great staff
