Extremely poor experience – AVOID! My car failed its MOT for completely unreasonable reasons, including the headlights. I have owned this vehicle for many years and have never failed an MOT for this issue before. I was told my HID lights were illegal, yet multiple other qualified mechanics later confirmed this was incorrect and that the MOT failure was unjustified. I would never have chosen this garage, but the booking was made by a family member while my usual mechanic was unavailable. That was a mistake I won’t repeat. Since then, I have discovered several others who have had similar bad experiences, and while I was at the garage another customer raised the same complaints. I would especially advise women to avoid this place. The attitude felt dismissive and patronising, as though they assumed I wouldn’t know any better and would simply accept what I was told. In my opinion, information was exaggerated or made up, which felt extremely unprofessional. Their timekeeping was also unacceptable. I was told to bring the car in early and was still left waiting 15–20 minutes. Overall, this garage came across as unprofessional and unreliable. I will never return and would strongly advise anyone local to avoid this place.

Got my mot done from these guys so cheap for the price!! friendly service! Amazing at there job! I would highly recommend it! Been to a lot of places but always got over charged! I wouldn’t go a anywhere else

Spent about 2.4k in total (so they've had decent money out of a job up to £2k rest is in transport costs/wheel nut removals obviously these won't see the transport bills/costs etc other then the mechanical work provided). To be sadly fobbed off/no help in the end this is how i felt. Ruined my splines on my wheel key and to the wheel nuts to my car. Guy didnt wanna know or admit to it either , guy didnt wanna know or help out when the car got recovered back to the garage also. Been left Fuming/badly let down. Had to be taken else where at my cost yet again another bill/cost they wont see. Little man fed me with some bull also. My personal opionion buzz gunned (ugga dugga'd life/grip out of them).. badly over tightened (tight as owt when other garage had to get them off - i was lucky to even get them off). wheel keys spun on all nuts and took the splines out and rounded wheel nuts off inside. Even brought the car back to them another recovery bill/cost that they don't see so they had the chance to correct this mistake. Shame as the other work seemed good , but i couldnt even do a simple job myself due to wheel nut damages. I won't be returning to this garage due to when things go wrong they dont wanna know / service doesnt seem to exist. I'll be finding myself yet another garage. "Blaming me for" "Weren't me" "Weren't like that" "This is the wrong wheel key" - (no it's not no difference in wheel keys go look at them wheel nuts they aint a spline in them go look at the damage inside of them). "If i crack them it wont make it on the recovery truck" - (you had no chance in cracking them off in the current state they where in and been very solid/tight not on the wheel key anyway) "They'll just tighten back up" - (would not of tightened themselfs up again , once a wheel nut/bolt has been loosened it's loose/undone - i asked for them cracking off/loosening off only nothing more then that due to have been stupidly tight/practically undoable kind of hard to loosen them off in the state that they where and would of have gone back on a recovery truck also and so i could put my new alloys on the car when the car got put back on the driveway along with new wheel nuts) Passing blame , seemed like poor excuses and what not.. Anyway Blah blah went on..

Scammers not able to identify actual fault of my car ac .charge money for no reason. Last week charge 60 and today 48 total 108 pounds. useless fraud scammers.these people only good for doing tyre punctures
