Service poor, orderd 40 min before closing which it let me, after 30 min of ording I get a email saying they cancelled my order 10 min before they close so I try and ring them several times which they turned there phone of. As I order 40 min before closing and because they took 30 min to cancel it the 2 other place that were left open where I could have orderd from was now closed to. So no where eles was open, so im fuming. Also pregnant and so hungry rn. And pissed of. They could have cancelled it striggt away then I could have ordered from somewhere eles but now I cant order anything, and not even revived my money back. Well wont ne ording from use again. Sultans special kebab and loaded Belgian fries. Food is fantastic but delivery price is a little steep at £3.50. Loaded fries was meant to come with sultans special sauce but only had the ingredients I had chosen ( bacon, cheese & beef donner). I would try again.
Superb service. Credit to the craft they know a thing or two about delivering the goods and not just serving you a plate of grease. Order the large sultan special Lamb donner, chicken donner, 2 crispy hot wings, chips & wedges. Sauces all homemade and authentic. Well done lads.
Horrible ! Paid over £7.50 for a large mixed kebab with fries and got thin layer of meat on top and the rest was fries! It's a joke ! I paid over 7.50 for fries! Also, long waiting time and food arrived cold. Won't order again. Avoid !
Tried ordering food online through there website, order went through 20 minutes later order was rejected ordered food again 20 minutes later rejected again, both times money taken and had a text message stating won’t get refund for 3-5 days, opening hours states open, tried on a Tuesday at 7:30pm, phone number doesn’t work, no way to get hold of anyone, no where stating not open, drove all the way to restaurant to find that it’s closed, days and hours need updating to when there actually open!!!!
