DO NOT USE!!!! Trap SCAM Just to sum it up, the payment machines don’t work, the website to appeal process doesn’t work and they bully you for payment. -Website shows cash or card payments available on site but not available due to ALL machines not working. -Appeal system online doesn’t allow uploads for evidence and shows general error every time you try, only allows an appeal with no photo or video evidence to support your claim. -no alternative ways of appeal so when you note you have evidence but unable to upload it and ask for an alternative way to provide the evidence you get a generic email stating the fine stands as per terms and conditions of the car park and prompting early payment for early discount. At this stage it’s easier to accept being bullied in to the discounted rate as iv already invested too much time and effort and any more time spent outweighs the cost of the fine. DO NOT USE !!!! Trap SCAM
Sorry but not accepting cash, not everyone's got a smart phone, payment points hard to understand , just when you think you've sorted it the bloody machine tells you "Timed out" not impressed , certainly not downloading app through QR code way too many dodgy ones . Why not give us the option to pay by CASH , won't be using again
NCP are falsely advertising the parking prices, according to the signage it should have been 95p an hour through the app but I was charged ÂŁ1.95
There were a young man and woman at the machine helping people use the machine and then asked for money. If you must use the parking, use the app or park around the corner for free.
Terrible car park, park all you want but regardless of whether you pay or not you’ll receive a £100 penalty. Apparently if their machine says it’s taken your money, but actually hasn’t, that’s your fault!
