I had an issue with my account which had been frozen. Krupa was amazing to talk to, very reassuring and she helped me through every step in the process. Although my account is now closed she was instrumental in the process to help me get my funds back. I am in the process of re opening my account to cash my cheque into. This is due to the honesty and patience that she showed myself. Thank you for such a kind service.
Came to the bank today to talk about my fraud claim as I didn't understand my letter. I saw Michael he was great. Explained and sorted everything out for me so I understood what was going on . I'm so pleased I can into the bank so I'm now at ease . I'm 100% happy with my time there today thankyou so much again

Michael assisted us with opening a Childrens savings account and he was brilliant from start to finish. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. He even gave my daughter a pen and paper for her to draw whilst she sat and waited for us which was such a lovely thing to do! Thank you for your help 😊
Had fabulous customer service recently from two lovely ladies concerning a bereavement. They were both compassionate and very helpful at a very difficult time. Their names are Georgina brown- hill and “the boss” cheryl they even asked about my mental health and who to contact should i need help. Excellent customer service!! Well done both.
