Very arrogant owner. After getting to the front of the queue he wanted me to wait until he served the people behind be because I wanted 10 lotto tickets checking which he stated that there was to many and that I hadn't bought them from him. I was also going to purchase 15 more at the same time. I am sure if I was buying 10 other items such as vapes, booze or groceries would he still serve the people behind. I have used this post office for many many years but I will never use this post office again.
They have a selection of packaging, boxes, envelopes etc. for sending parcels through the post. I had been to the Range but they had no boxes left. The staff at Wheatley Hills Post Office were helpful and gave me good advice on sending items abroad. Thank you for your service.
Lady on post office desk is incredibly rude. Not a single please or thank you used. Had a go at me for mishearing her when giving an address. Maybe she should find a job not customer facing as she clearly doesn’t have the attitude for it.
I use this post office 6 days a week. I love the staff at the post office they are so lovely and helpful and also happy to advise on different postage methods if something would be more cost effective.
