This is a good Howdens depot with plenty of stock, friendly helpful staff and lots of offers. We have bought a lot of joinery products over the years from here and have never been disappointed by the quality and service.

If you want to buy a door from them you have to spend half an hour to open a trade account and after that they tell you a ripoff price ... Happened to me before with a kitchen plinth years ago after opening an account they wanted £200 for a white plinth so I cancel my account straight away and brought one from Wickes for £20 ... I will never understand this system why you refuse customers or try to overcharge them .... I have over 10 trade accounts at different places but non of them refuse public .... Well if I want to get a 10k kitchen I don't need a trade account so where is the logic in your policy? Will never bother to buy from you

Very good customer services, went out of there way to find what spare part I was needing for the oven and got me it in less than 48hrs (alot better than Thorne branch)
