Third time using Tony and his team. Very professional and speedy service at a great price. Always clean up after which is great. Three separate jobs installing lights (recessed & a ceiling fan with lights). Highly recommend Rose Electrical and will be using them again.
I had a faulty appliance that kept tripping my RDC, and the fuse wouldn't stay up. Lost all power in the house. Googled electricians, rang a couple, no response. It was not surprising as it was 7 pm on Sunday. He rang me back and calmly helped me sort out the issue over the phone. It took him over 10 minutes of his time, and all I gave him was "thanks." Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
We received excellent service for a full rewiring of our household, removal, relocation, and installation of light fittings, as well as providing additional sockets, as well as relocating and installing light fittings. Everything was completed in a surprisingly short amount of time and to a very high standard in a professional manner, at a great price too. If you need any household electrical issues/needs addressed, I certainly recommend them
Absolutely one of the worst companies ever avoid at all costs they came to put spotlights in ceiling which we paid for. We do not live in the property when they left our brand-new carpets throughout. Our entire home were left destroyed. They got a carpet cleaner in to clean our carpets, we did not even know that they destroyed our carpets we asked for a new carpet and they said to clean the carpet which they already did. Leave us with damp wet and soggy damaged carpets. We said we would just like the like a brand-new carpet replaced as they had a carpet cleaner in there and left us with damage photos will be added and we will be contacting the correct people and trading standards on this matter
Good communication, messaged about quote and had my cooker fitted within 2 days of messaging! got peace of mind it was fitted by a good professional team of people and really good on price! Will definitely be coming back for any more work! Thank you :)
