Teal quoted me for a boiler and 10 radiator changing, all agreed to be completed after Christmas, my boiler failed before it could be changed, teal was brilliant and was able to complete the job at short notice to get my house warm and with running water in two days. Can't fault any of the work, all clean and tidy, nice installation and at a great price. Would recommend to anyone.
I've been a customer of TNA Plumbing and Heating for a few years now and as I had a gas boiler fitted by Teal in August 2021 under a 5 year guarantee, he has been servicing the boiler every year since. Customer service is fantastic and you are kept informed by whatsapp, email and text on your appointment time and any other details necessary. You also get a tracking link sent by text when he is on the way. So 10/10 for Teal and his company from me, very happy with the service provided.
