My toilet button broke and the valve went in the cistern and I knew no-one to fix it locally. I had to just use Google and get some quotes. Scott popped over the same day to take a look and provided a really good quote and came back the next day to do the repair. He had to pop out and get a part, didn't charge me for that! And then when it sprung a glitch later the same day, he popped back straightaway to try to fix it...which he did! I will be keeping his number and calling him first for my plumbing needs. Thank you for a brilliant service!

Fantastic service from Scott and John responding to an emergency plumbing leak from our toilet through to our kitchen ceiling. A great job done by Scott and John, they were very quick to respond to our enquiry. They arranged a few days later to install a new Worcester boiler. High quality work carried out by very professional and well-qualified engineers who did not rush the job but installed a replacement boiler in a different position causing minimum fuss and disruption. A major project which was well planned and executed. I highly recommend them. We recently experienced a problem with the boiler. I contacted Vulcan at 8.45 am and by 9.15 am on the same day, they were identifying and solving the problem (a sticking valve). Excellent after-sales service. Superb and timely assistance provided by friendly and professional staff.
