Had a contractor cancel a delivery of a kitchen today, paid for on my card, on their account. Wickes have sent me round the houses different ways to contact them, no avail. Nobody can help. Needs a manager but the manager also doesn’t have access to everything so needs the other one colleague in store to be in store. Customer services don’t pick up the phone. Nobody can just problem solve. Poor.

Wife ordered 8 slabs. Received email stating delivery would be between 9am and 1pm on Saturday. Hadn’t come by 2pm so phoned in to be told driver would get to us eventually. No phone call from driver stating why he was late. When he did get here at 2.30pm he gave no apology for being late. A totally wasted day. Will not use Wicks again.

Somewhere along the line Wickes got REALLY good. Everything you need under one roof with reasonable prices so they don't try to rob you!

Pleasant friendly staff, especially Anna on the tills, a credit to the company. Thanks for your help. You can also get some great deals on paint if you drop on the deals. Cheaper than b&q
